Adrianne Clayton

 

Adrianne Clayton is a product of the KCPS school system, graduating from Paseo Academy in 1996 followed by BA in Studio Art , MA in Curriculum and Instructional Leadership and an Ed Spec in Administration from the UMKC. She’s been an educator for 21+ years and a working artist for the past 6/7 years. She is a single mother of 4 children and 2 grand jewels as well as a founding member of Black Space Black Art.  Adrianne designed and led the painting of the 18th and Vine Black Lives Matter Mural, represented Women artists on the Streetcar Shelter for women’s month, and worked with Healthy Kids KC and Girls on the Run teaching virtually.
