Antonia Washington is a graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. She is a member of Actors' Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA.
A few of her theatrical credits include: Margaret/Yvonne in “We Shall Not Be Moved” (The Coterie Theatre), Rosa Parks in "Rosa Parks and the Montgomery Bus Boycott" (The Coterie Theatre), Helen Robinson in "To Kill a Mockingbird" (The Kansas City Rep), Delia in "Blues for an Alabama Sky" (The Unicorn Theatre), Serena in "The Toughest Kid in the World" (Theatre for Young America), and Tania in "Where's Waldo" (THEATREWORKS USA).
Antonia has been a teaching artist in the Kansas City area since 1998. She counts it a blessing to use the Arts to reach and teach young people. It is her goal to plant seeds of encouragement and empowerment into the lives of each of her students.
