Tumbling, Pilates, Yoga

Fall classes begin on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 and run through Saturday, December 9, 2017.  All classes will take place at our new home at 3732 Main Street.

Many families will qualify for Scholarship Assistance.  Please call 816.531.4022 with any questions. 


 

Tumbling

Somersault, roll, and jump for fun! This class teaches the basics of tumbling and other floor movements. Children will improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination skills in this fun and active class.  Students will build a strong tumbling foundation by solidifying proper positions and basic acrobatic technique. Children age 5-12 gain control and awareness of their bodies while improving their strength, flexibility, and coordination skills in this fun and active class.
