Fall classes begin on Tuesday, September 5 and run through Saturday, December 9.  All classes will take place at our new home at 3732 Main Street.

Many families will qualify for Scholarship Assistance. Please call 816.531.4022 with any questions.

Art Exploration

Let’s Create! Students will learn to listen and communicate with their peers as they make jewelry, work with clay, paint, draw, construct and create murals. Each week the room will be set up with various stations, all with hands on art activities. A professional teaching artist will guide the way as young artists find their creativity and learn to work together. The final class will include a gallery-style show featuring favorite projects.

  • "The work these men (Recipe Poetry Guild) do with my students is amazing I am continually surprised that my traditionally mute students spark up and open up in these workshops. Also, I want to say that could see these gentlemen as visting artists in residence in the KCMO school district. They are so constructive and positive."    KC Public Schools Teacher
